    Walking Home

What's the furthest anyone has had to walk home before after losing m8's and/or taxi money?

I had to walk over 7 miles last night, on my own :(

Basically i went to town to get a form from newcastle college then i was going to come straight back home. However, I bumped into a m8 who's just came back from America and she took me to hers to get pissed with another 2 of my m8's. I got hammered cos i was downing loads of straight raspberry vodka and before i knew it I was in town falling all over the place, getting warnings off the police for pissing on a wall etc etc and i have some dirty big bruises on my side :p

Once me nd my m8 Steph got to the Cooperage though the baldy never-had-a-laugh-in-his-life son of a bitch bouncer told me 'not getting in here m8' so I went nd sat on the riverside with a pizza that had been bought for me. Typical of my luck, my phone ran out of its free calls bolt on and being totally skint other than the busfare I'd taken out with me i couldnt phone anyone, and i'd told Steph to go home cos i didn't want her to be waiting around cos of me. Everyone disappeared and I was off on a nice 3 hour walk home :( Really not nice after the first hour. I even went looking for places that i could goto sleep cos I just could not be arsed to walk so far. Got spied off the people in Vickers too after touching the razor wire fence to see how sharp it was :p Heard the cameras following me everywhere!

    Been there like!

Went to a beach party last year up the coast - Got a lift up and meant to get a lift back. Mates buggered off early after they threw a whitey in the sea... amatures.
Unable to get a lift back it was 3 mile walk at 7:30 in the morning mullered tot he trainstation, a 2 hour wait for the train, and a 1 1/2hour train journey back into town then a bloody metro

Was shattered by the time I got back at about 2 O'clock... never again

After creamfields this year my mates were convinced the hotel was "just around the corner". An hour and a half later of total power walking we had to flag a taxi down, and the taxi still cost us £11 which shows how far away we were!!

    Salted.

Been using that word you know after Outskies and Inskies!

My mate Dan didnt have any money for a taxi the other week after smile or something at foundation so he walked down the metro lines home.

What (I must ask) posessed him to walk this way?! Why didnt he walk down the coast road?! Can you imagine the amount of rats and mice in those stinking metro tunnels!! URGH!!

In the summer i have walked back from Promise/Shindig a few times like :spangled: it isnt that bad actually from town back to costa del four lane when there's a few and its canny warm

Longest i have probs walked abroad is from Manumission back to beside Cafe Mambo in Ibiza - dont ask why like but when we were there in 01 it was radio 1 weekend n the taxi ques were budging, my mate i walked with suggested it so off we went with a warm botle of water each and few ian dowies in our pockets..

Fuck knows how long it took, i think its about 9 miles or summit but i maybe totally wrong - there was cars/scooters and all sorts acutally swerving for us fucking arseholes and i deffo wouldnt do it again

When we got back it was out first day rep meeting and we got totally bollocked off some fat scouse rep, didnt matter we only went for our free bottle of bud cos that was then our 2nd day there and we didnt want any trips an the likes off her thanks
