    Exercising

Right need lots of help. . . Thinking about getting a personal trainer to get my body back into shape. . . I rang up some place in Newcastle and it was going to cost me 800 quid for a 3month period. But the personal trainer wasn't available until after Christmas :(

So that means trying to find someone else . . .

Anyone know anyone who is a personal trainer? :D

do you go to a gym or fitness/exercise classes already????

if you ask around you will prob find someone who is already using a persional trainer or the instructors will know someone ao are most like ly one themselves

Springs is £39 a month and u get a trainer when u join up who tells u wot u should be doing to achieve ur goals , then after so long u can ask to be reassesed ( sp?) !!

Ive been going for 2 month now , do about an hour in the gym then an hour downstairs in the pool / steam room / jacuzzi !! :groovy:

I pay £44 a month to goto the gym at The Hylton Hotel, very good and the trainers are excellent with ya, however, in the last couple weeks ive started playing squash, and I feel much better every session of squash than any gym, and its well cheap to play.

yeah thats another good way of doing it , as long as you can push yourself to work at it then that will work.

Most good gyms that you join will give you a 6 week exercise programme to achieve your goals which will get reviewed and changed every 6 weeks as part of your membership

i dont see the fuss in getting a personal trainer, just go swimming or play squash, go for runs and do some situps/pressups in the morning or before u go to bed. much cheaper

Already do loads of sit ups in the morning, and usually go for a jog before work but not doing as much as what i wanted to do....

Thats why I want a personal trainer to push me as far as i can go :D
