Isnt it ironic that so many millions of pounds worth of high profile players make up the England Football team and yet they bring sporting disgrace upon our fine land. Then out of nowhere, a team that, on the most part, could walk through town and nobody would know who they were, have won the greatest prize in cricket Good result with the cricket...although that doesnt change the fact that it's still cricket. Oh and Wayne Rooney is a wanker who deserves to be BANNED from football. I digress.
One thing i hope is that all the people who've only just started watching cricket because of this series will continue watching it and watch it through thick and thin. Anyways, Im fucking well proud, everyone can go on about Flintoff whos been class all series but imho Warne should have got man of the series, his bowling and batting were superp and girtty. Im glad we've got two great openers aswell, Strauss and Trescothick have been brilliant without scoring major runs this season......whenever they both get out cheaply we collapse, theyre the backbone of the team.
