    How far do you...

travel to work? How do you get there and how long does it take? It takes me 3 minutes to drive to work.

Ive been thinking about it and I just think its crazy to sit in traffic for ages to get to and from work. I drive past people queuing a mile for the Tyne Tunnel at 20 to 8 on a morning and Im amazed. Why do people do it?

Driving (or should I say parking) in traffic = More stress, less money and less time with your family. Just not worth it IMO.

it takes me bout half an hr to drive to work and hf an hr to drive back and same when i go to uni and back.

i dont mind at all, im nice and warm in my car and got radio/cds to entertain me. :)

dont think most ppl find it a problem, if u like the job u r at u will travel to it and generally ppl dont live anywhere near where there are jobs with money they want.

Takes me about 50 mins to get to work

I either have to go through the tunnel or across the Tyne Bridge

Its less miles over the bridge but the felling bypass is a nightmare so its quicker to go through the tunnel

I start work at 9am and am usually there about 8.55 as long as I leave by around 8.20. That includes a 10-15 minute walk, a 12ish minute metro ride and a few minutes walk to work at the other end.
