Eating Healthy..

    great point, I read that 80% of English people are actually classed as dehydrated during the normal work day because we just don't drink enough. This makes u feel tired and slows down your brain.....

    i drink loads of juice during the day at work i always feel thirsty :( :think:

    but doesnt make me as hungry which is good :p

    I'm not saying carbs are fat.. I'm saying that if you eat loads of them and don't do any exercise then they will not be burned off and will end up producing fat.

    I'm no muppet.. I'm a active subscriber to Mens Health and am a regular attendee of the gym and do martial arts training too. So I know a bit about nutritional intake and training..

    All I was trying to say was that its fucking hard to eat anything these days..

    B.O.B's got a point though.. I don't do the shopping here so I'm gonna start actively doin some..

    i try every so often to go down the healthy road, i was eating salads, pasta etc for 2 weeks, then just gave up and had 2 pizzas in one day and loads of chips lol
    i go to the gym so whatever i eat i work off anyways :D

    I eat quite healthily, I have fruit and fibre in the morning, fruit during the day to snack on with either a sandwich (brown bread) or pasta for diner. then for my tea usually have fish or chicken with potatos and salad or have pasta.

    I drink loads of water at work aswell

    All seems to go abit down hill at the weekend tho, but at least I'm healthy for 5 days of the week

    i can't eat unhealthy, i just feel ill if i eat too much shit food. i'm not a huge veg fan but when i eat them i'll pretty much shovel them in lol, except peppers, blergh

    I am eating loads of shit like at the moment, i must eat chips/crisps every day n its not good :(

    If i dont have them its jacket potato and filling :up:

    Saying that i did go to the gym twice last week and due to work i havent been able to go this week but will Thur/Fri/Sat :D

    I find it hard to eat healthily at work

    If I'm out on jobs I get mega hungry afterwards then they start flashing biccies about in the office

    If it's a quiet day then I eat more, convince myself I'm hungry but at weekends I eat much less when I'm busy.

    healthy work snack ideas anyone?

    jane, try them cereal breakfast bars. the proper ones not nutri-grain shite if u need biscuit type food. failing that, nowt wrong with a bit of fruit.

    I eat healthy all the time, eat about 6 chicken breasts a day with veg and salad, a steak for my evening meal. Carbs are best eaten straight after a workout when they will be absorbed better by the body. I try to eat about 150 - 200 grams carbs a day but most of them a after my gym session.

    Just take loads of fruit to work with you, thats what I do, otherwise I'd be at the vending machine all the time cos I always get hungry in the morning

    Fruit where I work is WELL expensive, 94p for three bananas!!!
