    Eating Healthy..

    Its soooo damn hard to eat healthy these days!
    I've just spent best part of an hour downstairs trying to create something healthy with what food I have in..

    Its almost impossible.. too much fat and too many carbs.. this shit drives me mad!

    I've had to resort to salami and "low fat" cheese grilled sandwiches.. not the best thing in the world :(

    Does anyone else suffer with this form of syndrome or am I simply goin a bit :bonkers: in me old age?

    U cannot win! virtually everything (sweet and SAVOURY) made in factories and sold at supermarkets contains sugar!
    Which not only makes u fat but makes u crave more food when u aint even hungry!

    knocking one out apparently burns 100 cals per sesh. then theres the cals needed to get cupids toothpaste ready for the next one.

    wanna stay healthy just dont eat prepacked foods.hard i know espesh when most people are not exactly chefs.

    i am sick of hearing stuff like this from misinformed fools who dont know what they are talking about.

    carbs arnt bad, this myth was created by foolish followers of the atkins diet. a diet that tricks your body into becoming slim, a diet that has proven links to actully being unhealty.

    Carbs will turn to fat if no exercise is done, therefore if you eat a bunch of carbs late at night before bed then it will turn into fat due to the fact that you do no exercise when sleeping.

    I know what you mean. You cant eat anything today without 20grams of fat or carbs in :( In future, try not to eat late and then it doesnt matter :)

    Eating healthily is easy if you plan your shopping. I eat loads of fresh fruit and veg every day, and very few 'ready meals'. A little knowledge of how to cook goes a long way, but it's really not difficult.

    no really though totally right thees like nothing out there apart from alads..... i usually just but weight watchers stuff :p

    couldnt agree more....

    your body needs carbs... especially if you do any kind of weight training as carbs are the main energy source...

    a little tip for all u fat people who want 2 be thin….. if u want 2 lose weight i.e. fat, then you’ll only do this if u train at low intensities….

    The reason for this is the body finds it harder to burn fat than carbohydrates, so it will burn fat at low intensities and save your stores of carbohydrates for higher intensity exercise…. Training at around 65% of your maximum heart rate is recommended when trying to burn body fat….

    its easy. go to the local markets, even in town would do

    dont be hungry (you will buy shit)

    fill up on wholegrain, fruit and veg - muchos filling

    get some nice meat

    and try to get a little of what you fancy (denying yourself will make you totally pig out once every now and again which defeats the object)

    and keep a bottle of water about with you - often when you are thirsty you think you are hungry,

    little changes = big difference

    mmmmmm bran+sultanas
