When we used to play football @ a bus stop(which has now been knoked dwn) behind it was was a fence with burgalar paint on nd its a ba55tard when u get it on ya, so try that out mate.

As far as I know, it isn't specifically illegal to put barbed wire up, but if you do you are civilly liable should anybody injure themselves on it - and that includes an intruder as much as a kid trying to retrieve a ball.
