    It's even worse when you're buying mate. I should've got my house 2 weeks ago but the other side's solicitors are shit & we're not moving until Thursday of next week! Had to pay extra rent on top of moving expenses which I could've done without!

    Be worth it when I'm in though... :king:

    Solicitor's are total shit, we got told 4 weeks ao their searches had been done but no theyre still waiting for them to come back should be the end of this week, we NEED it threw by the end of this month cos we're paying a stupid amount on our mortgage for noone living there :evil:
