I went @ its peak.

Crasher was quality when it was weekly, always worth the road trip.

Ibe been to many crasher events, but nothing compare to what people have told me about how it used to be back in the day...shame really!

May 5th 01 was first time i went and have been every year since really - i used to go weekly but then obviously it was costing loads and i just stopped and went monthly.

I am going again next week for the classics night, like many others id of loved to of went when it was in its peak - the original PVD 6hr sets when he was bi-monthly resident a think - even tho i have seen 3 of his there back in the day they'd of been special.

Id of liked to of even went when Tiestoss was playing all the time as well, the line ups man when it was weekly fuck me

Least anyways i can say i went to Red & Black 1 which to this day stands as my best nights clubbing ever along with Cream Closing 03 Ibiza AND now Dance Valley

We used to go to crasher every other week between 1999=2001 i have still never got over those days.

The main room when it was in full flow about 3-4 in the morning !!!!

There was nothing like it anywhere.

We are going down to the classics night to enjoy some old memorys

To people who has not been to crasher all i have to say is you have missed out on a whole generation(music wise) and sadly you will never expierance it .

Reading back through this thread and it brings back some memories that i cant descibe nothing less than amazing!

Gatecrasher was the soul of my clubbing experiance...totally amazing!

Neadless to say i stopped going long before the revamp, suppose i didnt wanna ruin the memories i had from that place - just cant picture it now, especially playing r&b :spangled:

Been 4 times.... first time I went at beginning of last year I thought it was amazing, but the last 2 have been classics nights and now they're putting on yet another classics night- no need! The line up for crasher next week is amazing, so why bother making it a classics night anyway?! I won't be off to crasher again unless they put on something a bit more original. I spose they can't be arsed with trance nights anymore as they make a load more money from shitty RnB/ Hed Kandi type nights
Plus I've heard that Sheffield council are planning to ban all cybers from the city!
The best thing about Crasher these days is the lasers imo
