Gym I eventually joined on Mon , since i hardlys get "wrecked" as much believe or not now i have noticed my kite slowly get bigger so i thought id best do summit about it... Here's to an hr on the treadmill and some other exercises to shed them pounds, last time i went i over did it and had a walk like John Coffee'd creeped into me room thru the night n had his wicked way Cardio
Eat massive bowls of mashed potato right before you go to bed .... worked for me and I struggle to put weight on
I dont stop eating I had 6 slices of toast for brekfast, 2 chicken fillets chips n beans for dinner, fry up for tea and ive just had 2 jacket potatoes n tuna.....it does fuck all...i loose weight just sitting still cos of my bastard metabolism
Aaron that looks like a run down of what a bird would eat you fag. Get some grease and carbs into you.
Re: Gym good effort mate, i've been going properly since the start of july and feel mint for it. just keep it up, it's defo worth it
I go to the "gym" (actually just a little set up in my spare room) five days a week. Definitely feel better for doing it, and think I look better too.
