uncontrolable 'bah' noises when drifting off to sleep.

chuffed others get it, i thought i had some problem with me nervous system or summit lmao. it always seems to happen, i get those body jolts as well, there well weird. for some strange reason wen i make those dodgy noises wen am drifting off to sleep i know i'm doing it and am awake but cant control it.

Ive been known to squeak like chew toy

and have also been reported to have made noises of pleasure

wot happens to me sometimes is weird as fuck i think its called sleep poralisis, were u start having a sort of nitemare jst as ur falling asleep u kno its happening but u hav to proper force yourself to wake up, seems to take ages and its a bit scary, it always happens to my girlfreind on a monday or tuesday nite if shes had class a's at the wknd.

Happens to me, mostly when i've been on the drink like, but sometimes just randomly.

U end up slapping yourself trying to wake yourself up...like you can see your room but ur still in a dream! Well weird!
