    Hehehe class :p

A lot of the anger management stuff is what I consider to be a load of wishy washy shite- visualising two paths and all that crap, but some of it was really helpful.
Like how you inerpret other people's actions in a certain way, or expect people to act as you would act can cause you to have all this pent up anger and stuff.

Really made me think, because what it says here pretty much sums up the way I tend to think about other people

    Re: Do you

i found i used to do that when i was with my ex quite a lot. for instance if he took longer to get ready he was trying to impress someone, or came in late i would think he was up to no good or he'd been hurt. plus when ellies away i scare myself sometimes thinking about where she is and whats shes doing, i totally do my own napper in good style!!

although now i realised that doing that is no good at all. and you are either not trusting someone or totally not comfortable with yourself....... think ive grown out of it a little now :)
