woke up this morning and my chest really hurts i sound like a warewolf when i cough, tried to smoke on way to work and it was horrendous :frown:

Tastes minging but Covornia (?sp) is an expectorant medicine which helps to clear up the cough and loosens all the crap lying on your chest which causes it in the first place.

Worth trying...
