    silent disco??

    At dance Valley this year they is a silent disco from 12am - 4am

    everyone wares headphones and the dj plays to the headphones there is some prety good djs playing!!

    what do people this about this good/bad?

    or just plain mad?:spangled:

    Your headphones would have to be glued to your head if you were to have a proper dance. Sounds a bit stupid to me like.

    they did it at glasto this year didnt they? presumably to keep noise at a minimum at nighttime so people can sleep

    I'm guessing they're doing it to get round noise restrictions at that time of night. Will be hilarious to watch if you don't have headphones on.

    They did it at Glasto. Was a bit weird at 1st mainly cos there was 2 DJs at the front and you could tune into whichever one so you can hear people cheering when there's nothing much happening in your song. Novelty soon wears off, the headphones are nowhere near loud enough
