I agree, purvy nightmares are just nightmares. You always no when your dreaming so just go with the sketchyness of it.

yeah but you know its happening so just go with it.

Can't move for a few seconds fuck me thats a life time, a few seconds isn't even enough time to realise something is wrong.

Thirdly, I don't really wanna move for a least half an hour after I wake up so at least you can't move which is a bonus.

Honestly its horrible I used to get it all the time ...if you don't wake yourself up properly after it happens you fall back into it and it usually happens again!

I had it recently and thought there was someone standing at the bottom of my bed and I tried to scream and move but I couldnt then all of a sudden I snapped out of it and sat up!

I just don't get how people can get freaked out by their dreams, i hardly remember my dreams, can't even remember the last time I remembered a dream.

But the the ones that I do I always realise I'm dreaming so I just do what I want to do, I have complete dream control.

Freddie would be fucked if he got into my dreams, I'd totally fuck him over with some quality barrage of weapons.

Probably something like an aids gun booooomm!!!

When I have nightmares I usually know as weird as it sounds while im dreaming that its a dream....but with sleep paralisis it is semi real but you just can't move your body at all even though you can see you room and you can sometimes see things in your room....after you fully wake up it takes a good 5 mins to realise it wasnt real..

I get it all the time have done for over a year, First few times i was shitting it but now im used to it ive learnt to just not let it bother me.

Best way to get rid of it ive found is to move just one part of ur body and try keep moving it, i try move my head slightly from side to side then eventually it moves and i snap out of it. That is of course if i want to wake up, if ive just been woken up suddenly by something and it happens then i just try not to let it bother me and go back to sleep.

People can teach themselves to Lucid Dream or something where they know theyre alseep and so can make themselves see or do anything they like in their dreams rather than dream about anything.......so maybe ur doing that without knowning and dreaming about seeing centapeads?

my gf used to see monsters and stuff off horror movies when she had it... things that wouldnt normally scare anyone but in that situation is a bit of a headfuck

it just stopped happening with her tho. when ive had it its not that ive seen anything... its more like i think about seeing something, the brain is more susceptible in that state i reckon... i rarely ever get it and ive never had it too bad.
