Reg Vardy Just been to Reg Vardy's Renault garage in Sunderland and I have never been so insulted by a company before in all my life! First he took a call in the middle of talking to me Then he shown me what deal he could do and I said I had got a better deal at Benfield, he matched it and I said I'd like to think about it, he said whats there to think about are you going to buy it or not. Then one of the other salesmen said your obviousely wasting your time with him, hes obviousely not ready to buy Then he said why choose Benfield over us and I said I prefered their attitude, so he said well why dont you get yourself over there then Then I said I will and that I'm going to tell everyone not to use reg vardy and he said like we care what you say All this bearing in mind I hadnt even seen or test driven the car they were trying to sell me because it hadnt arrived at the garage! Benfield on the other hand were really helpful and there was no pressure or anything I can honestly say I will never buy a car from Reg Vardy in my lifetime Got the head office number and giving them a ring on monday
Too right, they were all stereotypical car dealers There was a much more friendly atmosphere at Benfields

cant remember who told me, but one of their dad's business associated went into either merc dealer in casual clothes with a breifcase of money to buy 5 top end cars for their business. they had the same attitude because of his dress... he opened the case and told them to fuck off and went to the bmw lol. i may have got mercedes and bmw the wrong way round
