keep yerself busy at work... thats what i do, don't smoke all week - i don't seem to have any nasty temper outburst... much.. and i'm not craving a fag like i used to...

aye, try that totting up how much you spend on fags a week and multiply it by 52...then by 10...I did that the 1st time i tried to give up smoking...realised that in 10 years time i will have spent over 5 grand on tabs.

but didnt manage to give up then...still smoking now. Would like to give up now, but cant do that 'argh...all my money is wasted' thing, cos i get all my tabs for free now...ne tips for me?

There is no need to give up Ket Merlin, it's just totally un necessary.

You won't be able to quit smoking if you're having a joint a night - unless you start smoking your gear through a bong with no tobacco.

It'll be alot easier for people to quit when they stop smoking in pubs and clubs, even I like to have them with a drink and I've done that for 3 years.

sorry...but the counting up how much you spend idea is a good thing...say if you by 2 20 packs a week, you will spend £5.5k in 2 years on tobacco!
