Home Insurance need to get this organised for the new gaff anyone know any good sites/companies to look at to get some quotes???
Have a look at www.moneysupermarket.com (or .co.uk can't remember which!). Mine's through Norwich Union at the moment but when I buy my house I'll be using HSBC. If you're a graduate, HSBC's mortgages can't be beaten by anyone...
zurich there the best if u do claim they is no hassle what so ever not the cheepest but the best once u claim u get a cheque within 3 days i used to work for they claims dept and i do recomend!!!
THey are in the same bracket as British Gas, British Telecom, Microsoft and MacDonalds. Mega Corparate wankers with no care for the customer or service and loads of love for the $$$ I had LOADS of problems with them when I used them, the worse service iv ever had from a company. You probs wont have noticed tho cos your banking consists of putting a cash card in a machine.
i always use that one the quotes arent 100% accurate because the search only answers the standard questions, but it gives you a great guide, and then you ring the cheaperst 3 for a proper quote which reminds me, i need to get insurance sorted for my new house!
aRE U lot talking about Buildings Insurance or Contents? I wouldnt bother with contents, waste of time
Im talking about both. Im assuming Si just meant contents. How come you wouldnt bother with contents? Where i am now, i pay fuck all, about £8 a month i think.
if i lived ina student shared house id probs get contents like, prime targets for chav hit and run raids. in my own kip i just forked out and made it secure, secure you home properly and no-one will pick your house to rob hence u dont need insurance. plus the stuff i own i could replace pretty cheaply anyway. Building insurance on the other hand is required for every home under mortgage. You have to get it in case your house is destroyed so the lender can get its money back from you.
