I keep meaning to but have never got round to it.

They do it at a church near me and when I walk by it in the morning on the way to work I always see the van thing and think "doh, forgot again" and don't have time before work to pop in. Then it's always gone by the time I come home and I completely forget about it until the next time.

I've never seen a policy on it actually. Depends which drug.

I've given blood since I was 17. Yeah it does hurt a bit, but for godssake- what if you or your family members needed blood, and no fucker else had donated any!
It's worth the discomfort to know you're saving lives.

    :)

If you take stuff though, it might never be used. Surely they check all the blood before putting it into someone else. So if your blood is found to have E, speed, etc in it, then it won't be used

    Indeed!

Drinking after giving blood means you get pissed faster too- well it certainly seemed to, as I learnt to my peril:lol:

I'm surprised anyone on here is able to give blood. Although I think you only get a life ban for anal sex with a bloke or if you've been with a hooker.
