depends by what metabolic process you are running out of energy. Red bull is a CNS stimulant, but is inadequate when it comes to the energy metabolism. Preload with creatine, simple carbs ( sugars ), and anttioxidant ( vit c pills, etc ) and you WILL notice a difference. Creatine - Red meat, or much easier - pick a pack of 60 tabs up in the metro centre and take about 10 Simple carbs - fruit is the best way imo, for reasons listed above. Failing this, energy drink. Antioxidant - again, Vit C pills from boots are an easy and cheap option. Could go with green vegetables and citrous fruits. hope this helps Harry
