i see where your coming from however i had to get up cos i have been trying for abput 2hrs, ill prob sleep better if i get up for a bit then start again. if that makes any sense at all

i can get off to sleep, i can just never have a good night's sleep when i know i have to be up, even if i set my alarm. always end up waking up sort of during the night and then checking my fone/clock and seeing its like 5/6am and going to sleep, then the alarm goes off in what feels like 2 minutes and its 7/8am

I'm the same if I have to be up but if I don't hae to be up for anything I can sleep all day, I just love spending Sundays in bed all day snoozing on n off with a bloke

if you really want the next day to happen you have alevel of anxiecty which triggers a chemical in the brain which keeps you up. its like when your a kid and your waiting for santa

alternivley you have a shit body clock like myself
