How do i.. How do i report some one on ebay for refusing to accept payment for a record i bought about a month ago?? ive tried to pay about 10 times but all it keeps saying is 'transaction cancelled' Ive tried looking on the help page but its no bloody help at all , anyone know what i need to do???
its possible that there paypal account has been suspended...just try sending them an email first and see if you get a reply
tried this about 3 weeks ago and still no relpy...checked his feedback n all and its pretty shit especially when refering to emails - aparently he never relpy's , but its really starting to piss me off now :evil:
