Just bought my first house

It's a little new studio thing like the thing Joe lives in but mines in Gosforth not on the queyside

Was a snip @ £65.5k for a one bedroom flat

It's quite nice, everything is brand new.

All I need now is a cat to keep me company

I'm trying to buy at the moment but can't find anything for under £100k! Having trouble getting a mortgage as I'm only 24! 25+ is no probs, under 25 isn't!

I'll not have another flat, been in one for 2 years now (renting). It's ok if you've got good neighbours (above and/or below rather than next door) but it's a total nightmare if not! We've had both good and bad, 3 students living upstairs at the moment who, give them their dues, aren't too bad 95% of the time, but when they're not, they're terrible!!!
