You'll need to use WinRAR to extract the files, you can get a trial copy here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Install it, then right-click on any of the rar files in the Pzazz CCTV folder, and select 'extract to pzazz\', it'll now be in a folder called pzazz.

If you can upload it to Rachel at 10kB/s, it'll take 42 hours to transfer - but remember that msn doesn't resume broken downloads so if the transfer stops at any point you'll have to start again.
