Farringdon is good too. Really nice bar, that I can't remember the name of, right next door to Fabric.

Cracking club the end. Had a top night down there last year with a Mr C and a couple of techno DJ's from Germany playing.

Most of it isnt seedy though, all that is contained to a few streets. You can sit and relax outside cafes and drink wine and all sorts to nearly daylight.

THEN, when the lass is pissed enough you go buy films. And some drugs off the peasants.

Ironically - Its hard to find a decent bar in London in any decent numbers, outside of the main tourist bits.

Farringdon, aside from having 2 amazing clubs (Turnmills and Fabric) is decidedly thin on the ground when it comes to Bars.... theres a wetherspoons, a traditional pub (running some HH warmups) and then the only really decent bar on the left when you come out the tube exit - although 6 quid for a JD + Coke is a bit pricey.

Back to the main point though, if you want to do the newcastle 'thing' which is to go to a good few bars on a night out - Soho is the place to go. Its not seedy at all, aside from a tiny section...... I'd go so far to say that its THE place to do the posing thing if thats your game.
