    are the people at egypt cottage ok with people taking their own equipment? and if so does the deposit stay the same?

    we had to put a 100 quid deposit down last time we booked it, we used the cottage equipment and it was bollox, couldnt use the vols on the mixer and the decks were fecked and we couldnt hear anything in the booth/broom cupboard thing...

    They're totally sound with taking your own kit as long as you plug all the tomytronic stuff back in afterwards.

    we had the cottage october last year and they were in a small booth/cupboard thing with a glass window, is that what ur on about or have they been changed???

    Aye, the booth is now in the bar bit at thew front of the dancefloor - much better setup, but still the same crap decks
