DO you think some people have allowed real life and message boards to overlap

On the subject of the above , i wonder what people think.

I see this board as virtual where nowt is to be taken seriously but I sense some people make it their life and blur the dividing line between reallife and cyber space:eek:

I thought you might like. I aint having a go but I think internet message board addiction / compulsive disorder will be treated in the future by pysychiatrists inmuch the same way other addictions are.

My CPN tells me everyweek not to go on the message board because it is a large source of my problems.

I dont listen to her tho.

Im still trying my hardest to follow the 'dont drink in the house' advice.

Still havent since she told me a month ago...although, i haev drank in my mothers house...but its not MY house,

Is this pretendy life like?? :p The majority of main board members are good friends and thus the board is used as communication and fun just like watching TV or going out with ya mates or something.

All this "its just a message board" poop  I act on here the same as "real life" so why should they be any diff?

aye but everyone is so bizzy talking rubbish and dont get me wrong I do most of the time too, when surely time would be better spent doing something worthewhile in the world.

Do you not think people just give alittle bit too much of their lives on here, more often than not it seems to lead to problems

    What she said.

And most of us say what we think. Hence the number of arguments.
