    Sasha or digweed

stemming from geordies thread about digweed just wanted to see who people thought was better of the two...they've worked/influenced eachother a lot but sasha seems to be more commercially popular

theyre both 2 of the top dj's in the world, technically digweed is exceptional and can mix for days, i still say sasha though. hes been at the top of his game for 10+ years and has done so much for dance music on a whole, even people that dont like him cant not respect him imo :king:

    Digweed without a doubt.

Is better technically. Can build a set much better. Does not play cheese, which Sasha has a tendecency of doing.

Also, he has continued to push new sounds like dark prog (GU LA), prog breaks (MMII) and now more bass heavy/electro sounds (Fabric).

He is also responsible for some great records and compilations with his Bedrock imprint.

Both are outstanding and have styles distinct from each other (I certainly don't think Digweed wants to be a Sasha clone). Personally I probably prefer Digweed, as he has a harder edge. Technically, I wouldn't like to choose between the two.

Sasha - he's mixing up different stlyes really well these days, house, breaks, electro and still the odd progressive trance moment he's so good at.

    Digweed is really good though

Digweed for me cos he plays a real dirtier sound.

Sasha has gone into breaks now which i'm not so keen on, the sasha from the GU13 era is unbeatable though
