Breakie - Nowt... can hardly get dressed in time, never mind eat. Bucket of tea around 8:45 once i'm sat down at work.

Mid Morning - 10:30ish = Bucket of tea.

Lunch - 12ish = Cheese Savoury sarnie from the SU. bucket of tea again.

Mid Afternoon = ermm.. Bucket of tea. Maybe a 'timeout' or 'Blue Riband' if the old man of the office has any biscuits in his tin.

Tea/Dinner - 6ish = a proper meal, something like a spag bol, home made curry, oven chips & <insert name of other frozen meal> - No cup of tea though.

Supper - 9ish maybe = Small cup of tea, maybe a bag of crisps.

Breakfast - bucket of tea, cereal (either honey nut shredded wheat or sultana bran).

    Mid morning - Banana

    Lunch - Turkey salad sandwich

Afternoon - Fruit, maybe some peanuts

Evening - Proper meal, usually freshly prepared. Something like veggie chilli, fish with potatoes and veg, thai yellow curry, pork steak with potatoes and veg, spaghetti etc. Usually accompanied by a glass of wine.

Also drink 2-3 pints of water during the day.
