    Who can say they have/or ever have ever experienced total peace of mind?

    This may sound like a weird thread (tbf i dont care) but i can only remember one time when i ever felt this & it was a beautiful feeling! - Nothing to worry/stress or think about just total happiness :cool2:

    The funny thing is i wasnt on any sort of drug or anything i was just in a nightclub enjoying the music with friends, then i just smiled cause i had not a care in the world :love:

    I long for that again but it aint gonna happen unless i win the lottery or something lol :rolleyes:

    what a totally quality feeling it is ....... The only time ive felt like this was after weeks of thinking my lass was preggers .... I was 14 she was 15 and wed just lost wa cherry ! :love: then she starts streesin misses a period and im about ready to listen to a wham record when ..... the clouds open the sun comes out and she isnt ....... it was the start of the summer hols i had six weeks of my new fav thing to do anytime anywhere and i learned a valuble lesson ...( never trust women ) :lol: na only kiddin obv i learbned about contraception but the day she told me it was like total euphoria ..... i didnt have a care in the world all was great ... but tbf i had to go through hell to get there :rolleyes:

    I suppose there has been a couple of times when I have felt really really happy and on top of the world :) !! Ibiza and being on holiday is lovely...

    Summer Holidays and the sun etc :love:

    But I have to agree with Cookee i am a complete stresshead! Especially recently :(

    Dont think ive ever had Peace of Mind! Ive always had something to worry about at one time or another!!

    tbh, when i was at school, i didnt really worry about anything, as i thought school was just a whole lot of fun:cool: fair enough worrying about exams etc, but thats about it!

    I couldn't think of a time when I had. But reading about how you have felt it, I realise I have.

    Several times, and not for very long, I have just felt at complete peace with myself. You can just sit back, look around and feel totally and complety fine.

    It's lovely...but I, like Katie, am a complete stresshead usually. And if I get to the place where I have nothing to worry about, I begin to worry that I don't have anything to worry about. :spangled:
