Wish I'd booked with them then. Instead I'm with Direct 'cause they were the only buggers who answered their phone.. and just found out they completely screwed my sister around last night.
Fair comment. She left her bag in the taxi and realised less than a minute later because she didn't have her house key, rang her friend who was still in the taxi but the driver refused to come back (he hadn't even left the street). They rang the taxi office and the woman was a total bitch and insisted my sister walked over there to pick her bag up, then charged her £10 (after going through her bag) which went in the woman's own pocket. :angry:
