hard drives ive fitted a seagate hard drive and set the jumper to slave ran it through the bios to autodetect the drive added new hardware which it detects is there but it still doesnt show in my computer as a drive being there, can any one help as to where im going wrong? this is a 2nd hard drive to run as a slave to my primary one which is just about full!!!
Re: Re: hard drives thanks very much mate, but i sussed it just before your posting i knew it was something so daft that it was under my nose but couldnt work out what it was,just waiting for it to format now, nice one for the help anyway just wished you were on a bit earlier as ive been pulling my hair out!!!
