HD25's

Shure E5's own, much better than my old Sony HDR7509 and HD25's IMO

I prefer moniotrs really, but I do use headphones sometimes if I can't get the levels quite right, find it helps.

I like iPOD earphones..

You got the triple flange plugs for them then? Can imagine they're shit hot for dj'ing!

Yea the triple flange's are the best sound quality, I need the large soft Plugs so I can whip them in and out as required in a mix. I have had to learn to geton the mixer volume control more.
Good thing is i'd have spent £120 on a set of earplugs what these do for me too. I might get some custom earmolds yet?

Yeah, custom moulds would be class, but it can look a bit like you're wearing a hearing aid!!

Can see it being a bit of an arse getting them in and out, but the isolation and volume you'll get must be class - what's the bass like on E5's? To be honest, E2's seem to have much better bass than E3's, but they might just be weighted that way because E2's are more aimed at the amateur market? :spangled: .

There great as good as my HD25's or MDR7509's were!

I have mdrv 500,s.I love the look of them but i,ll have to upgrade if i,m ever gonna get out the bedroom.
