    Why?

    im arranging to do a 10000 ft freefall sky dive for charity, do i have a death wish???

    has anyone done this before? whats it like?

    im not gonna be put off it, really exzcited to do it, because of the height of it im gonna be in tandom with an expert

    an old lecturer of mine did one to raise money for cancer research. however mid fall she was sick all over the expert who she was in tandem with. don't let that put you off though, she said it was an amazing experience.

    nice meetin u to hun, i did play born slippy, think it was after you left, it lasted about 5 seconds n cd froze, oh how i love the top notch equipment!!!

    u shud do it like Paul! Would be really nice of u! i wudnt do it tho as im scared of Heights, Especially a 1000ft one!:D

    Missy - He couldnt play born slippy as he has to follow a certain music policy for that bar, if the owner came in, he probs wud of kicked off a bit i reckon!

    i was a bit aprehensive (sp) at first, now the more i think about it, the more i want to do it, i really cant wait for it

    but seriously, I would go for it! Ive always wanted to do it. The chance i did have to jump I was talked out of due to wingy gf :rolleyes:

    technically its free, you have to raise at least 350 of sponsors, that pays for it, anything above goes to your chosen charity, mine is clic childrens cancer

    you dont do it yourself, you have an expert strapped to you in tandem and you can do it as local as durham or alnwick

    I did a parachute jump last year and have to say it was one of the best and scariest things I've ever done. Sitting on the edge of a plane at 10,000ft is quite an experience. You'll get the biggest rush you've ever had and an amzing view. Believe me as soon as you've done it you'll want to do it again. go for it!!!

    Ive done a bungy ball thingy and after that, I swear I wouldnt do anything like it again :cry2: :lol: ¬ But at least you can say to ur grandkids you did it, and raise money for charity :D
