    Smoking kills - FACT!

People should be able to make there own choice on whther to kill themselves but not others.

Banning it in all pubs and public places is ridiculous though, sections for smoking is far more reasonable.

correct, i was not disputing that fact. i was saying that i have never once noticed a financial difference since stopping smoking. i spend the same amount each week as i did a year ago when i was still smoking. considering it was only £35 a week it is hardly suprising i didn't notice it, as that can be spent in a hour or so down the pub.

hmmm, ok then, in that case other smokers who end up being skint every week/month because of smoking as an example would be richer if they quit cause they'd then have that extra £££ to play with. that was my point although it didnt apply to you :)

I've quit smoking.. i work in a hospital and Throat cancer .. scary! It made me quit.. and the smell bless them like.. i've thourght about my future and i dont wanna envy people just because they still have legs and arms either.
Its been 5 months since i quit and i buy myself a top everyweek with the money i save :D
I used to get wrong for standing outside smoking at the Freeman Like--- were're meant to be setting an example or something!

I think the law should be to cut taxes and make tabs well expensive for thoses who chose to buy tabs and give themselves a of one in five chance of dying through smoking!

230 people dye a day in britian through smoking .. urgh scary smoking number.

i like saying i'm a none smoker :king:

    BAN TABS ALTOGETHER

Whether you like it or not they are death sticks.

I dont like the fact my gran would have lived longer had she not smoked. Manufacturers make a fortune on these, as well as the Government.

How can companies be allowed to let customers get addicted to their products it is morally wrong.

I reckon to ban the production of them is the way forward.

    Anyone joining me ?

    :chill: lol
