    Wankers they have charged me 170 in fees over the last 3 months and im gonna jkick there arses cos i paid a cheque in and 6 days later is was not clear even tho online it showed the funds in my accound so a piad all my bills and each one bonced and i got a £30 fine EACH then all the bills CAME out the next day taking me over my over draft and another £20 fine WTF WTF WTF

    Im gonna be kicking up a right fuss

    they are shit banks. Natwest are the worst for that imo :evil:

    I had a similar problem the other month. I just paid off what the fee's were going to be, then told them to fuck off and closed my account.

    Its SHOCKING as if me paying a bill late cost them £170...

    Ive got no f*ucking bank card cause my bank "allegedly" sent me a new one a MONTH ago and deactivated my old one yesterday, told me it'll be 7-10 days till i receive a new one!!!! so annoying!!

    Why the f*ck cant they just "reactivate" my old one?????

    Natwest are shit, when I first became a student they offered me loads of stuff to join which didn't exist so I left and went to Lloyds instead

    just a point to ponder Cole, under banking ombudsman regulations type they can't impose charges on charges..

    so, if you go overdrawn because of charges, they can't charge you again.

    Worth bearing in mind as most banks purposely collect account charges around the 21st of the month when most people's accounts are at their lowest levels i.e pre payday

    Financial Ombudman Service

    if you threaten to report any financial institution to this they will drop their asses quick smart

    FOS have a webiste which publishes details of the most complained about bank and also gives you a step byt step guide on how to complain, very useful (just like me!)
