Aye, Ryan writes a good "Ex-Regiment bloke gets persuaded by "The Firm" to do one more (ha!) black op for his country that goes tits up with him being the last man standing" type romp.

You're a bit behind anyway. After that one there's 'Land of Fire', 'Greed' and I'm reading the current one, 'The Increment'.

Just finished reading "Out of the Dark" by Linda Caine nd Robin Royston, it's along the same lines as Dave Pelzers's books except it starts in adulthood, it's one of them books that really makes you look at life differently! Def worth a read!

Da Vinci code is a class book, if a bit pretentious :)

Out of interest, I broke the numerical code within about 10 secs of seeing it - anyone else think it was stupidly easy considering the context?

I'm reading The Count of Monte Cristo by Dumas atm, really into it. I thought the film was entertaining, but this is far deeper, really enjoying it.

Thailand is a third world country full of disease and crime, and you have a chance to be shot (then run over and shot again) just for arguing over your meal bill.

OOOOOooooooh but the beaches are LoVeLy.

When i was out in Oz i got through a few of Irvine Welsh's books which are all mint. read trainspotting, maribou stork nightmares (bit strange), the acid house and glue (which is very good). also read half of dan brown the Da Vinci Code while waiting around in Singapore airport - couldnt put it down. Since then have read all Dan Browns books cos they make such good reading cos they seem kinda believable. Angels and Demons is my fave. Am reading Robert Harris - Enigma at the mo, but its a bit boring.
