    If you cant outwit a child mentally you shouldnt be allowed to have them. I did as I was told when I was younger because I respected my rents not because I was scared of getting hit off them.

    im not against smacking but i am gonna try and keep it for extreme cases...not just him being a bit of a cheeky little bugger. If it's used all the time it becomes ineffective as a punishment.

    then again...its 3.30am and he won't sleep...u think its a bit early to start disciplne? :lol:
