Have you ever been thrown out of Foundation?

it does sound unlikely...

but i hadnt done 'anything' for over 4 months... had no plans to... a friend asked me if i would look after the things in question, cos he had no pockets, i didnt see a problem with that. 5 minutes later when i was being dragged out the fire escape i saw a problem.

the reason why they chose to arrest me was because it was one of the meet up nights. and i had been walking around the club handing meet up id cards to everyone, which probably made me look suspect.

from the point of view of the doorstaff you could see why, but needless to say it wasnt one of my better days.

Those meetups with Spud are always great as he always seems to have something for you & not just a name badge

Never foundation, altho once from the Bambu - I have never been so drunk in my life, i think i had 3 6 shot pitchers of vodka redbull, 12 alcopops and a bit more besides, on an empty stomach. I can literally not remember a thing ( no blurs - it just didnt happen to me, hardcore blackout ) from about 6 pm that night until 12 the next morning, even tho i didnt start drinking until about 9.

Apparently ( I *think* this actually happened too ) I was thrown out of the Bambu, and ended up yelling " D'ye knaa who I am? Ill sort yes all, Ill do yes in " etc to 3 bouncers and 2 police, trying to fight them etc, falling down.

Absolutely terrifying to think that such things are within my mind
( I am not normally violent ), never before have I been that off my face, and never will I again.

To be fair, was under emotional stress at the time, could have exacerbated it.

Well said no point in getting barred from the place where you visit alot - i remem ur night as well

I have been thrown/escorted out once, i collapsed on the floor but luckily was ok - i have a laugh with the doorman that threw me out now and know some others just of being out and seeing them so id hate to piss them off when there always sound to me

I think i have been hurt more off doormen on the way out of clubs than i have off the trouble inside i club

i seen a lad get thrown out for being asleep,
after it happened we found he had left one of his shoes behind,
it was so funny at the time

never foundation.

but lost count of the times i was politely asked to leave tall trees. most of them well before i was 18 and grew a sensible head. i've also been carried out a few times but that is a whole other story altogether.

also had the odd skirmish at the empire and millenium. although it was more tribal warfare at millenium than the odd skirmish.

however i'm all grown up and dead sensible now and i don't think i've been thrown out of anywhere in the last 3 years.

Ive been chucked out of Foundation once in the last 23 months.

Prior to that 4 or 5 times. Usually quite harsh though.

Falling asleep at Scot Project is fair game innit? Tbh the bouncer did me a favour i have to say.

Once i was too drunk, and i think the bouncer thought i'd done something illegal, can't really remeber the night, might have been picotto at a birthday when foundation was the most rammed, sweaty and hot i can every remember it being

The second time was due to too much horse play

i would of also asked for a refund.

There was 4 times June - November 2002. In those days, that meant probably about 10-15 Promises though.

but tbh i had been going that long pretty much every week with no bother that i guess i had started to get lax..

a sharp bump back to earth, if nothing else... and one positive that came out of it (kinda) was that the mate in question was eternally sorry and if i needed anything for a while he was only too happy to oblige..
