Teenager lives like a king thx to eBay fraud

I bought records totalling about £25 from a lad and they never arrived, Ebay keep the first £15 or something for investigating a claim so I never bothered claiming. I got his address but it was Merseyside so it was too far away to do anything.

Dont you have to write to America or something stupid like that to get a max of £15 back?

Its something along those lines I just thought fuck it, the money was money I had in my Paypal account from selling stuff I didnt want/need anyway so wasnt as arsed as I wouldve been if it had been hard earned cash.
