its getting a bit deressing on here so i thought i'd start a thread bout the other side of the relatiobship... where it began!

so what do you all think of 1st dates?

best/worst experiences?

Best first date wasn't really a date but it was when i first got together with this lass. I was sat down in the vicious circle room at sundis north and she came over to give me a hug and bit my nose. Then she asked is she could kiss it better and just started getting off with me.

Was the strangest way i've ever been pulled but fun all the same.

io didnt really have a first date with stu but we met in vuzzz on boxing day and i said to martin (crasherkid) whos that and he said my brother he's gay!!!! lol then i went up to stu and said oh so is your boyfriend here!!!!! wish i had known alot sooner tho, just sorta went from there and were good friends before we started seeing eachother properly which i think was good

I really like first dates to be honest, they're quality. Something about having to work for things, it's exciting

First dates..

When i met Cassie on the GC board it was arranged that i was gonna go to Manchester for the weekend, anyways baldy being what he is went to Promise the night before and got totally :spangled: with me mates, so much for a quiet night out and an early leave !!!

I left me mates after Promise after they'd dropped me off at mine and tried to get to sleep, wasnt gonna happen really tho and eventually time comes to get ready for the train at like 6/7am. I eventually gets on the train still totally :spangled: and worried all the same cos of the state i was in for meeting my g/f !

Anyways gets to Manchester and Cass wasnt there, i sits down to try and sort me head out and around the corner Cassie walks ( god knows how i spoke to shout her over) and it was then we met for the first time and then i fell for her . If i could see my attire that day too it would be a crease, summit along the lines of shitty jeans, stone coloured cap to hide my wired face and appaling tracksuit top - god knows how my mam let me leave the house

As much as were not seeing now i still have alot of time and always will have for her, she's the first person i have ever loved and will remain that, plus she supports the blue half of Manchester !!

I think after that going to Manchester after a night out became summit of a habbit, i dunno if it was cos of the excitement of getting away or just habit - probs explains why im single now tho bless..

first dates are usually THE most awkward thing in the history of the world!!
bin on quite a few "first dates" like, although many ov them hav bin just that - first dates, as the lads have turned out to be absolute freaks!! but i neva dare tell them that i dont like em cos i always feel too awful so end up havin 2 kiss em then they start ringin n txtin me then i hav to end up tryin to think ov sum excuse to make them go away!!!
tended to get canny drunk on first dates like, they've always scared me soooo much!!! they the most awful things in the world eva!!! but they dead luvli if it is with sumone luvli that u wanna see again!!!! and also that likes u 2!! problem if they dont like!! lol!! xxxx

Wasn't particularly romantic at all. I was DJing for part of it, and hte rest was just spent walking around quietly, I was too shy to even kiss her. That didn't happen until our second night, and she had to come onto me

Actually, just thought of a funny one...

A couple of years ago, I bumped into a lass I went out with a few years previous (actually *Missy*'s mate, I hope she doesn't read this, she'll know who I mean). So, after a few meetups when we were with old friends and stuff, we decided to go out together. All was cool for a while, until I just clammed up and couldn't think of anything to talk about, and we couldn't get a taxi home, so her mum had to pick us up. Harsh

First dates are hilarious...specially when the guy is really nervous: that's such a turn off!!
It's always a good idea to try and not get too pissed on a first date...it doesnt create a great impression, so im told.
Ive also been told to never tell any jokes on a first date...cos my jokes are appalling.
Overall tho, i quite like first dates, specially when the bloke 'takes you out'...it's nice

Havent been on many 'first dates', things have just happened. Me and Miller still disagree over who kissed who first tho :laugh:

my first date with one of my ex's was a bit scary. met him in promise and was talkin to him for ages so said id go out with him the next week in newcastle.............. but then he asked if id go up for nite in bedlington!!!! :spangled: had to meet most of his mates at the same nite and had to go to palace!!
at time i didnt even know where the place was, so went up stayed at his mates flat.

but i got on with everyone so was ok really.
