Accidental Shoplifting?

    YEP me too. There were papers (free tat) in the bottom of the trolly like there is and placed some jewellery on top of them so they wouldn't fall through the holes, then another paper that was in the trolly, i put on top of it.

    Didn't move them as i went through checkout as the papers were already in there!!!!

    Once that sale has gone through, and you hand over the dosh and get a receipt, thats legal contract.

    You were under no legal obligation to pay the rest of the money!

    In the case of paying too little for stuff....I went to a bar on Osbourne road a while ago, handed over £20 for my drinks, and got £22 back :lol:

    Round was £8..... free drinks plus profit!!

    Being Del Boy, when I was in school I used to take weekly orders from kids for computer and football magazines, then when getting my paper round sorted in the shop that evening I'd take them all off the shelves and sell them at school. Made a fortune! (For a 13 yr old).
