hahahaha they have just used the classic "do you see then man who did X here in the court room" this line in fact cannot EVER be used in a British court as its so blatantly stupid. The witness etc would obvious just point to the person in the dock.

yip byker grove is all mackems and there are rarely people with proper geordie accents on tv much like pet
my mate was on byker grove, she is a geordie and she can act she is lush and i reckon when geordies do act it sounds fake because you have the accent yourself/and or the people have to talk posher so people from around the country can understand them.
