    you goto ya user cp then edit profile, you then need the web link to it and put in as follows:

    [url]http://www.yourlink.co[/url] [img]

    think thats how its done :D

    go to your options, select a pic from the net and right click on it, select properties, then copy the web address for the pic, bring up the sig page on the promise board and get into it, then paste the web address into the [​IMG], if it does-sorted, if it doesnt, sorry im blonde :)
