i ended up goin to the 'kon last night (not my idea i may add )... fantastic venue... can see how it would have been great for cometogether. didnt stay long tho cos someone pulled a knife on us. :spangled:

it's surprisingly easy to think thats a good idea until it happens... at which point it dawns that if they tell you to bark like a dog, ur gonna do it. all that happened was my m8 spilled one of there drinks, out comes the knife, presses it against his stomach and says 'go and buy me and my m8 a pint or i'll fuckin slice ya' which he did... the bouncers saw this happen... but done nothing - after they left the bouncers came over to us and gave my m8 the money for the drinks :spangled: and told us to be on our guard... we stayed for about 5 minutes until the kid came back and asked for another drink at which point we made a hasty exit. great fun
