    doh!

Have had a few nightmares, two spring to mind. I tried to go one better than taking off the wrong record, instead I took off the right record, turned round for get the next tune out of my bag and proceeded (with a rather horrible noise) to try and put it on the deck already playing! oops!

The second one still haunts me to this very day, after playing what I consider to be one of the best sets of my life a few years ago, I answered the crouds pleas of "one more, one more" With Y-Traxx, Mysteryland. After the lights were put on a slow pan for the intro, I let the tune go, took off my headphones and treated myself to a well deserved cigarette. After putting my fags back on top of the console the mixer and cd players were built into, I watched in horror as my zippo fell off and pin-balled its way down the mixer to bounce off and land on the stop button of the deck that was playing. I went from hero to zero in about 1 second flat!
