a classic... similar to the one where he's doing the BBQ... he spend 10 minutes with a dozen cans of BBQ-lighter-fluid spraying it on.. he then lights it - and it's a wide angle view of a large mushroom cloud coming from the estate!

When Homer is trying to make breakfast for Mr Burns and sets everything alight. Then he puts cornflakes and milk into a bowl and that sets alight too!

Best episode ever has got to be when Homer works for Hank Scorpio at cypress creek. Superb!

Also, the one where homer puts on loads of weight to work at home:

I have to get in on this dicussion about the best simsons epsisode & it hasto be where Homer gets hypnotised and remembers a repressed memory and can't stop screaming for the whole first half of the episode!! It still make me cry with laughter!
