Kissing behind the bike sheds! Not any more...... well probably! A new Sexual Offences Act by the government in relation to dogging, flashing, voyeurism, cottaging, grooming has been announced. It also "forbids under-16s from engaging in any sexual activity - ranging from "touching" to full intercourse. In debating the new Sexual Offences Act politicians and civil servants wrestled with many tricky problems of the correct role of law in modern sexuality. Dogging, for instance, escaped an explicit ban. But necrophilia (sex with a corpse) has not, becoming an offence for the first time. now that to me is wrong....how can they say that raping (fair do's they can't say no but they can't say yes either so imo it's a kind of rape) a dead person is not an offence :evil:
