Thats the fall that knocked his teeth up through the roof of his mouth or sumick.

u don't see him smash his teeth in... but it's a hard fall. no way to brace yourself. apparently he can't remember most of the match.

depends whether they're with a large organisation.. he was in WCW so i bet they've covered his costs - he's also probably still contracted to Warners so he'll still be getting paid till it runs out.
