    Daft Movie Plotlines

Theres a crappy TV movie on Sky1 called Time Chasers. A young boy makes a time machine out of an aeroplane and Commodore 64. I obviously never used mine to it's full capacity.

Can anybody name anymore films with unlikely/ridiculous/hilarious plots??

That doesn't matter. It is a great film and very well made. The way the Satan is prtrayed is supurb. I cried, and I don't mind admitting it. I saw it at the Trafford Centre in Manchester, and for the first time in my movie going life, the audience was totally silent at the end. It was no where near as violent as I imagined - the violence is implied.

I'm totallly athiest, but this film made me think about why I've sniggered at Christianity and Christians for all these years, because, to tell the truth, I know fuck all about it. From now on I will be keeping my ignorant views to myself, unless I study the religion more. This can be said for all other religions.

When Mary sees Jesus falling over with his cross for the umpteenth time, and then has flash backs of him falling over as a child, and runs to him, instintivly, to try to help. And also when Simon helps Jesus with the cross.

Doesn't that embarrass you a little? (not the crying bit) The fact that the only thing that can stop you dismissing one of the most powerfull faiths on this planet is a movie

England has gone down the pan...

It doesn't embarass me at all. I've never dismissed the faith, I've simply never thought of it. Religion has never really been part of my life.

Stupid plot? I beleive few films top Route 666. One of the most entertaining films I have seen purely by virtue of its randomness and lack of coherency.

It has random but interesting characters, such as an entirely irrelevant and unexplained "terrorist", in the Nevada desert, complete with AK and black balaclava, who takes on 6 FBI/DEA agents at the same time, by standing and full autoing their truck from no cover ;P

So much fun, simply because its so shit :)
